Why Experience Is more important Than The Degree

 

Experience helps you learn about the everyday realities of working life and most importantly equips you with the soft skills needed to succeed at any organization. While a college degree might increase your peer base, experience gives you access to a huge network of people who have been there and done that

What is more valuable? Experience in that field or degree in that field?

Well according to me both is important because both the things a degree or experience have their own benefits.

Like if you have a degree you can easily get into the field in which you want to go and on the other hand experience is what we get and feel throughout our life ..yes you read it write we can feel experience.

Degree is like a diamond and Experience is similarly work as a jeweller. Who redefines the diamond . So both are must but who have experience is a jeweller and who have only degree is a simple human because according to me we get experience with time and time always sets goal for us which make us bigger and bigger.

So guys please try to focus on both the things get a degree with experience
